Refund Policy
Dr. Sudeep’s Pathology & Biopsy Centre
At Dr. Sudeep’s Pathology & Biopsy Centre, we are committed to delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality diagnostic services. We understand that in certain circumstances, patients may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all patients.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
1. Double Payment: If a patient is charged twice for the same test.
2. Test Cancellation:
If the test is cancelled before sample collection, a 100% refund will be provided. If the test is cancelled after sample collection but before processing, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and handling charges.
3. Service Not Rendered: If for any reason the lab is unable to conduct the test or deliver the report, a full refund will be issued.
4. Technical Errors: In rare cases where technical issues prevent test completion, the patient will receive a full or partial refund depending on the stage of testing.
Non-Refundable Situations
1. Once the test has been processed and the report generated.
2. If the patient does not follow pre-test instructions, leading to compromised results.
3. Delay in test report due to unforeseen medical or technical circumstances unless the test is cancelled before processing.
Refund Process
1. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment via email or at the lab reception, along with the payment receipt.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment or through bank transfer.
