Sample Type: Blood Sample Collection.
Time: Morning sample preferred.
Fasting Requirement: Fasting not required.
Pre-Test Instructions: Avoid iron tablets 24 hours before sample (if possible). Inform if patient recently received blood transfusion (past 3 months). Children: Ensure child is well hydrated.
Turnaround Time (TAT): "CBC and Iron Profile reports will be available on the same day. HPLC report will be available within 48 hours."
